My initial posture screening indicated that my posture was much worse than I realized. Although I’ve suffered from neck and lower back pain off and on for years, I had always associated those problems with muscle strain. My first adjustment a couple of months ago was a real eye opener. Immediately following the adjustment, I could stand straighter with much less effort.
